    The instana agent should support running on jdk version 11+

    From Instana's doc, jdk 11 is required to run the instana agent. Instana agent should be able to run on jdk 11+, e.g. the latest jdk version, as cusotmers will have policy to update all of their jdk versions in their IT environment.
