Add list of Policies to bottom of Volume details page for consistency

When viewing a virtual machine or database server the details page has a list of policies at the bottom of it, so you can see what's applicable. It would be handy to also see this list on volumes.

Provide more granular label in UI for AWS RDS Aurora Volume types

Turbonomic should be able to Suspend SQL Managed Instances

Turbonomic has suspend already for VMs and RDS servers. What about SQL MI? The customer would save on compute costs - but of course still have to pay for storage, etc.

Scaling Constraints could use more granular timeframe for observation period.

Currently the Minimum Observation Period max is 7 days. (you may need a couple weeks or month minimum to stabilize a workload). The Max Observation Period jumps from 30 days to 90 days. A happy medium in between like 45/60days would probably help ...
