Azure Savings Plan commitment planning

I would like to have the ability to create plans for Azure Savings Plan commitments based on my current workloads not covered by reserved instances that are running hourly pay go rates.

Plan Migration to show a cost comparison between migrating to the different cloud providers

Instead of a user creating 3 plans (one for each provider) and moving between dashboards to compare. A customer wanted to see a single dashboard comparing the possible migrations to all clouds to decide on the best one.

In the Alleviate Pressure Plan the for the cold clusters the sorting order should be reversed to put green clusters at the top.

When utilizing the Alleviate Pressure Plan first a hot cluster is selected which is either a red, yellow, or orange cluster - which are sorted to the top for easy selection. On the next selection to select a cold cluster the sort order is the same...
