User Management

As any user in the system with no edit permissions for the user, I can change the language for any user in the system

When I click into a user in Targetprocess I can change their language that it displays for them. I should not be able to do that as any user. I feel like that should be a personal or admin thing to do and not just open to anyone.

Team.ID in Validation Rule instead of just Author.ID

Please expand the possibilities of the Validation Rules. Currently I have to write code only saying these Author.IDs can / can't do something. If a have a large list of Authors, the use of a Team.ID would make the rule easier to update.
