Put the Account Alias section in GCP for Vendor Credentialing

In AWS, there is a section which populates Account Details in Credentialing section and the same can also be seen later populating in other tools such as Reports, Dashboards and Rightsizing tool. The same option should be available for GCP as well.

Bulk Action for GCP to archive invalid/expired accounts that are deleted in GCP (or handling that automatically would be better!)
