Have a global settings that exclude the AWS Tax

Have in the global settings an option to exclude tx (such as AWS Tax) from all dimensions/metrics. This would allow customer to avoid using BM to exclude the tax. It would be nice that this condition, if enabled, is applied when the cur is processed.
