Increasing the largest selectable timeframe in dashboard more than 1 month

take off the menu bar when I save a dashboard as PDF

the customer wants to save the information that a dashboard shows, but the PDF shows a menu bar over the information. I uploaded the PDF that was generated with the menu bar and the second file is an example without the menu bar.
