Ability to create an incident for the correlated group of events in alerts page.

When AIOps is already doing correlation and crating a reduced noise by grouping the alerts, why not able to create an incident for the same group and show the highest raking event in main incident summary.

Turbo does not support SQL database scaling actions between vCore and DTU pricing models
