Oracle agent (RZ) alert log monitor needs to handle a CDB/PDB setup where ORA-errors are now not at the beginning of the alert log entry

Add Kerberos support for TEPS to DB2 authentication

Our company has moved to Sophia for server security management and it does not support the local username/password needed to authenticate to a DB2 database. We have to maintain local accounts and keep them in sync to continue our support of TEPS.
