As per documentation instana is still using the /v2 endpoint to monitor etcd. /v2-API is deprecated (https://github.com/etcd-io/etcd/issues/12913) Monitoring support for ETCD 3.3.x and newer using /v3 endpoints should be added.

Add suppoer for RabbitMQ 3.9 and 3.10 since 3.8 reaches end of extended support on 31 July 2022!
