Impact Editor - Change Beta to default

Editor needs a face lift more modern "VSCode" like. Changes have not been made in many years. If possible, a plugin to VSCode. The check if code is ok is still very powerful.

Alert if a file is created

Get an alert if a file is created in a mount/directory/drive for example if a .dmp file is created in windows etc.

Read only access to ALL tasks in Netcool Impact

BOA is needing the ability to authorize a user to have visibility to all functions within Netcool Impact, but disallow edits/modifications. This has to be an ADMIN RO view in the WebGUI within a Group Role.
