Third party library stack traces

Having the source map integrated into instana is very helpful, however sometimes, the stack trace is not that clear, because the stack trace reported is related to a third party library, and in this case the mapping is not very helpful

Improve EUM Page Load View - Add Script Type Labelling for Calls pre Page Load Completion
