MCM Addition of ISM agent to monitor DNS, SNMP and Apache through HTTP

In our environment, we are using APM v8 and monitoring DNS, SNMP and Apache (via HTTP) using ISM agent, we will be upgrading to MCM soon and will be monitoring the same processes.
