Add support for MSSQL instances

Currently, any multi-tenant setup on SQL (aka SQL Instances) is not supported. The request is to add support - and the ideal solution would be to allow Turbo to enumerate all SQL instances via the SQL Server Browsing service.

In the application traces(Analytics->calls in the UI) the query execution time from a DB2 is not getting represented correctly, for example when a query is waiting for a lock this time is not getting reported under query time instead it is getting reported under JVM time.

it was observed that the entire time(execution+lock) was distributed between the query execution and result fetch, so we need an implementation where we can see the query time and a child span for resultset showing the time taken in locking if any...

We are trying to create smart alerts to get alerts when queries are taking longer than a specific threshold. While creating the alert we are trying to filter by only specific snowflake usernames/account.

When Turbo lists “vCenter” as the source, I would like the specific vCenter noted – similar to how it lists cloud accounts.

When having multiple vCenter's this will help the client specifically identify which vCenter Turbo is recommending actions for.

Turbo should not recommend Disk Size changes for Azure HyperScale DBs - they autoscale.

bad actions reduce faith in the product and waste time. This is distracting the customer for really good actions - like HyperScale scaling.

Enable a manual override to stop failing actions in the queue

Currently if there is an issue with permissions or a policy conflict, actions that were manually executed will continue to retry (appears to be indefinitely?) There should be a way to cancel that action so that the logs aren't filled with one-time...
