Default MSL *LINUX_SYSTEMS should segregate the rhel 7 & 8 versions.

Time slicer

In some situations it is more practical to have a time slicer. The purpose here is to fix the relative time (i.e. a week) but move the slicer over a timeframe to look at data from a week with various start dates.
