Add tags on every level of the landscape

Please add the ability to apply tags on every level, not just on hosts. So i.e. tag a Tomcat with a specific label or tag a java process as per desire.

Dependency map service locations

The map build up by Instana seems to shuffle the services around at random. Meaning if you are analysing the map and either it refreshes or you reload the page, the service can be somewhere else. This is confusing for users
