Security Issue -> java process opens TCP ports with root privileges

TSA MP opens ports, default 2001; 57053; 5539 with root privileges. The ports 2001 and 5539 are even java processes.

Manual Mode On/Off Button

Currently, you have to log on the local TSAMP node to switch Manual Mode on/off. This function should also be provided by AppMan (OpCon and eezcs) as a new step to a "single-point-of-control".
