Add integrated links/info for far-end interface in out-of-the-box report

SevOne already understands the 2 device/interface mappings for a given link. WHen looking at a given interface, a link towards far-end interface should be provided in out-of-the-box report (ex: Network Device Summary, Interface Object Summary, etc.)

ScopeID and Policy information on Alerts detail

Customer wants to have more datail about how alerts are grouped and what policy was used for that. This help to improve policies and it's configurations, and a better understanding when they are troubleshooting incidents.
