Clearly indicate policy hierarchy in the UI

As a user I would like the ability to understand the hierarchy overrides for policy settings, so I can have accurate expectations about the outcome of applying a policy.

The customer would like the ability to create an "Actions" widget in their dashboard to showcase the action executed for a particular business unit. We created groups for these business units in Turbo based on customer tags but that scope is not supported in the "Actions" widget

Being able to showcase actions executed on the basis of a business group would allow for more friendly competition within departments to get a "better turbo score" and track their individual teams progress.

BI - Reuse of colors/Edit colors

Due to reuse of colors, can’t identify legend, due to color duplication on charts. Color palettes need to editable, as when trying to stay consistent, say with a given Vendor on multiple charts, the color should remain consistent, not vary each time.
