Support on AliCloud

Customer is onboarding workloads on AliCloud. They are running their AIOps Platform on Cloud Pak for AIOps and its not supported on AliCloud per the official documentation.

Add the ability to click out of an "x-able" box by clicking in a greyed out part of the window

It'd be nice ux for you to be able to click in any of the grey areas and it'll close out the window you had open. the x still exists as another option to click out of a config window. if there are changes when a user clicks out of the window, then...

Instana: Would like to see the Availability zone as part of the trace

Currently we are unable to filter using the availability zone in the Analytics>Applications/Calls tab. You can specify the availability zone in a Smart Alert, but when you try and analyze the issue you cannot filter on the Availability Zone.

Make Message Bus Probe HTTP Responses more visible in Probe Logs

If the Message Bus Probe receives too large payloads, the sender will get back the HTTP status code "413 Payload Too Large". This is correct, but in the Probes logfiles this is only documented with a warning line "payload to large".

Can there be something built to identify public layouts that are used by users, this would mean we can easily remove layouts that are no longer in use. There is no function to identify this currently.

Filtering by Log Parameters in Analytics Tab

In the Analytics tab we would like for there to be a filtering option for log parameters. There is not currently an option to filter based off of log params only the messages and level. I have attached screenshots below
