Scaling Constraints could use more granular timeframe for observation period.

Currently the Minimum Observation Period max is 7 days. (you may need a couple weeks or month minimum to stabilize a workload). The Max Observation Period jumps from 30 days to 90 days. A happy medium in between like 45/60days would probably help ...

For HA workloads (consistent resize), allow Match Cores

Today Turbonomic matches utilization based on MHz. There are use cases for when teams would want to have all their vms have matching core counts. Please add functionality to match by core count for Consistent Resize capability.

at the moment, volume policies are only configurable by resource group. we want machines that in lots of different resource groups to be in scope for a policy
