Provide a means of identifying/managing policies with no/empty scope groups

As a user I would like the ability to identify policies that no longer have a scope group associated or groups that no longer have any members, so that I can ensure my automation is being enforced correctly as well as reduce "clutter".

Exclude Rightsizing Recommendations if current workload is on latest generation

Currently rightsizing recommendations are providing recs that contain older generation (but are "current generation") than the current instance. For example, current instance is running on r7g but rightsizing is recommending r6g.
