Group membership should be easily visible for each VM

When I look at a VM I can see an overview, details, policies, actions. I would like to be able to see what groups the VM is part of in this same view. Having to go into reports to find the groups for a VM is not a good user experience. Thank you.

Add cluster awareness for Aurora to Apptio BI Utilization Data

Customer likes the ability to show CPU utilization for RDS instances, but see the fact that the reporting is unable to provide cluster name, instances included in cluster, etc. as context to the instance level CPU utilization.

Enable Multi Resource Graphing to have the option of going over 100% so that vCPU which can peak to 150% or more can provide context for rightsizing.

Hide data source cost and usage report (allocated) for certain users

Not all users necessarily understand the difference between the data sources and not that many will be using the cost sharing feature. Hence it should be possible to hide it for some users and show it for others.
