In the Merge Cluster Plan the cluster name should be displayed in the actions, output, and exports.

When using the Merge Cluster Plan only the host name is present in the actions, output, and exports. It would be nice if the cluster name were present in the actions, output, and exports for easy readability and understanding of the data.

Provide a means of formatting time properties in Webhook workflows

As a user I would like the ability to format time properties for webhooks as Unix epoch milliseconds rather than iso8601, so I can store the action times in an external systems and plot them on a timeline, allowing me to correlate when the Turbono...

Matt would like Turbonomic to have the ability to base RI purchase planning recommendations on a greater time scale than just 30 days, ideally up to 90 days.

Better visualization of long term usage of RIs and better able to compete with native Azure RI recommendations
