Use DNS lookup in SevOne-fix-hosts-file

The SevOne-fix-hosts-file script currently uses SSH to get the hostname of each server in the cluster. In a large cluster, this script can take 2-3 hours to complete. Changing from a repetitive SSH to a DNS lookup cuts down the time considerably.

SNMP Polling inside unique contexts should be fixed. Never worked despite having some functionality already built in. Very important to us to monitor BGP Peers in unique contexts.
