Service Entity rules with an Application Perspective scope should only fire if calls in the AP are impacted

TL DR - the customer expectation when setting up a Service alert with an Application Perspective scope is that it uses the same KPIs that they see when viewing the service within the AP.

Alerts for endpoints do not contain details of the service they are part of

Service details should be included in Endpoint events when sent via Alert Channels. Without this information they can't route events to the correct team and want to use us as a key part of their alerting strategy.

Check the OPENS dependency last

Check the OPENS dependency last. OPENS is satisfied BEFORE any FOLLOWS so when we check for database processes being there, the OPENS has already been done, and the the FOLLOWS hold the job up, and when it runs the database has come down.

The "Actual Run Time" format changed from IWS9.3 to IWS9.5

Dear Support, Please refers to the files uploaded. The time format of "Actual Run Time" from the files under stdlist has changed from MM:SS to HH:MM. Is there any way I can keep the old time format, MM:SS? Regards, Jay

TWS Job Status 'FAIL' records to be logged onto JOB_HISTORY_V DB View
