Provide new metadata summary widget that displays number of unique values by type for a metadata attribute (e.g. number of ports that are down, up, disabled)

Operationally and for Management reports, it is useful to be able to summarize items of interest, such as the number of ports that are up, down, disabled, etc. Or summarize number of devices by type, operating system, etc.

This would benefit consumers of read only reports who may need to be able to toggle the remaining traffic in a flow widget on or off, but can't edit the widget directly to do so.
