AD/LDAP Integration with Client's certificate for bind

LDAP integration (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability/1.0.300?topic=configuration-configuring-ldap) accepts client's certificate for binding, additional to Bind DN and Password. It should be another configurable option.

Add Secret Manager

We requires password encryption to not be displayed directly in the yaml configuration file, they have the Secret Manager with Password Vault from BeyondTrust, which is not currently supported by Instana and is required to be used with Instana.
