Option to discover newly added services or Agent to Instana

Once applications onboarding to Instana on a daily bases we are looking if we can get notified as and when new service shows up in Instana. This will help us to keep a track on service and host details which got onboarded to Instana.

Support OracleDB for Golang

Currently our agent support most of the general databases, would be great if we can support OracleDB so it valued customers to see insightful traces. At the mean time, Dynatrace is also releasing the support for Go-Oracle-connector libraries.
