Improvement on Totals

Opened Ticket#TS018957744 and was told the ability to have BI Reports give Total for Jan-Dec (with months showing) wasn't available currently. Not having this feature leads to a download into Excel. Option should be a basic feature.

Roadmap colour encoding for entity states periods

If we could have a possibility to include in the roamap the period of time when entity was in e certain state (for example hold/in progress etc) it would enhance a visibility for the entities within it.

Generate a file output without a header row on the csv file

This would be useful for our automation of our chargeback process. This automation runs from Cloudability through SFTP to our Nationwide Finance system and the system can not accept a file with a header row.
