In Targetprocess (Apptio), the Number custom field type is limited to a precision of up to 2 decimal places. I want it should have a provision to expand it to 4 decimal places.

Freeze Environment and Settings When Scrolling Down

When in a BI report and scrolling down to various visualizations you lose the Environment box, along with the Current View box. Need that to stay in place/be visible when scrolling down.
