Chart formatting capabilities

Formatting options to include Title font sizes, bolding, colors. Ability to change contract for Cldy. Bar/line color options so we can create widgets that always have AWS in Blue and Azure in Red for example.

Currently Maps can be found by searching by name, cannot search for devices and then see/click on the map the device is on.

Being able to search for the device and see the related Map it's on would save time, rather than the limitation of only a 'map name' search.

Additional sanitization for Webhooks

Certain SevOne json payloads are affecting service now webhooks and can't be parsed properly if they contain special characters (such as : ). Request to further sanitize our webhook payloads in a more compatable format that service now can accept.

Enhancing Maintenance mode bug

When someone puts 1 device into maintenance mode it only shows the first 6 digits of the device name. However, many clients have similar long naming conventions and you canno't differentiate between devices with the same 6 digit prefix.

The HA solution would allow for Data insight to be available via a secondary server installation during upgrades, updates and the rare failure. The HA solution would allow for system administrator to change primary node.

Azure Utilization data

I suggest to make Azure Utilization data available in Apptio BI to build reports based on the data. And in addition to expose the data to the API.

BI - Reuse of colors/Edit colors

Due to reuse of colors, can’t identify legend, due to color duplication on charts. Color palettes need to editable, as when trying to stay consistent, say with a given Vendor on multiple charts, the color should remain consistent, not vary each time.
