Provide new metadata summary widget that displays number of unique values by type for a metadata attribute (e.g. number of ports that are down, up, disabled)

Operationally and for Management reports, it is useful to be able to summarize items of interest, such as the number of ports that are up, down, disabled, etc. Or summarize number of devices by type, operating system, etc.

Add more info for the display of "No Data Available" to distinguish whether data is unavailable or there is no data.

Business dimensions add details that are logic driven vs. directly labeled. Customers want to be able to dynamically add additional information based on K8s labels and be able to filter on those in container insights.
