Ability to filter container labels with not equals, contains, does not contain

Since containers are not available in reports, customers want to be able filter their container data based on mulitple criteria similar to what they could do in reporting (contains, does not equal, does not contain).

Create count function

Have a metric function in order to pull count. Currently we can only gather information from metrics such as cost, usage, and sustainability. From count function, we would want to identify the number of accounts.

Apply a filter on "Estimate" widget

As a Finops I would like to be able to apply a filter to my widget, to exclude taxes for example. It would be relevant because a lot of companies doesn't have to pay taxes and doesn't want to track them.

The idea would be to have a dynamic counter, to make some advanced calculated metrics. The example is the running rate that needs to be achieved until the end of the contract.
