Ability to extract and subscribe to Commitments based on Account name or ID

Data extracts do not contain account name. No way to subscribe to expirations based on account name. would be helpful to have this data available so its easier to manage.

Application Perspective creation improvements

When creating/updating an AP following improvements are suggested: - A "notes" field writing in for which purpose this AP was created- A "tag" field in which tags can be entered manually which can be used in the AP overview to group by.
