Commitment Recommendations list should include account names

When I look at reservation recommendation list, I see only instance types. I dont know on which accounts these instances work and whom I should follow up in regards to reservations. Please add Account ID or Account names in the recommendation list.

Increase Dimension count via API data pulls

This additional field is required alongside Product Family to complete JPMC's reporting requirements during their migration from MCC to CDI/ADM. The field supports their advanced cloud billing setup described as "the most advanced" implementation.

Link to report from the recommendation details for AWS RDS

AWS RDS is missing a link to the report where it goes into detail which resources would benefit from the reservation. The other services from AWS have this feature.
