Provide the ability to restrict user groups to a single specific view

This will ensure particular set of users will only be able to view the data they own / are authorized to view. Right now, since this feature is unavailable, users are able to see other views also

Provide Turbonomic Database Integration for Db2 on LUW

Turbonomics today has the capability to observe database performance and provide tuning recommendations for SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle. This functionality should be extended to include Db2 for LUW.

Azure Sql Db scaling shouldn't only consider DTUS but also IOPS
