Increase the granularity of DynamoDB metrics to support hourly basis analysis

Allow Business Metrics to be used as a Filter in Views

Allowing Business Metrics to be used as a View Filter will allow the customer to better control the default data seen by users by combining this request with the existing ability to set a default View for users.
