Rightsizing in Cloudability (apptio.com) Currently the apptio help center doesn't include a comprehensive explaination on idle resource, such as the how to define S3 idle percentage, which will affect the user experience.

Ability to Drill Down within a dashboard widget

The ability to drill down into data on a widget would be incredibly helpful without understanding the data. For example, one particular District is high, ability to drill down to the accounts within that District to help isolate the cause.

Chart formatting capabilities

Formatting options to include Title font sizes, bolding, colors. Ability to change contract for Cldy. Bar/line color options so we can create widgets that always have AWS in Blue and Azure in Red for example.

Revise the Report Screen

Adjusting the Reports section to allow for people to either select their own top 10 or be able to star reports even if they did not create them. Currently the listing is a bit too busy for the average end user.

Show Cost on the Commitment Portfolio table

Currently there are a couple of extra clicks to open a separate report to get to the cost during the selected Reporting Range for the RI's or Savings Plans. Would be nice to have the Cost as another column next to Unrealized Savings.

Keep Apptio Gov Help Up To Date with Commercial

The gov version of Apptio Help seems to not get updated as often as Commercial. According to gov help on 2/10/25 (https://help-gov.apptio.com/cloudability/whats-new.htm), the last update to Cloudability was on September 30, 2024.

Ability to Star Reports I Don't Own

I would like to be able to star an out of the box report without having to make a copy of it. This would be helpful in managing the list of reports and allow me to go to the Starred reports for the ones that I'm interested in.
