Ability to see available and utiltized GPU cores in container insights

Customers would like to see the available and utilized GPU cores in container insights. They can see Idle in costs but not in utilization.

It will be a good resource for my customer. Using this they will be able to create something high-level reports which will be easily digestible by leadership teams

Default currency setting per user

As a user I would like to choose my default currency instead of just having a certain administrator set a default value for the entire organization so that I can see my costs in my currency in all Cloudability modules, not just in Apptio Bi.
