Filter - show options based on current filter

When we filter a report based on multiple filters, if we select a Line of Business and then want to filter on a Business Unit, it would be good to see under Business Units only the BUs included in the LOB selected

NMS needs to contain functionality pre process SNMP String type values and based on identifiable returned string values assign an integer/number value and record that as the associated indicator metric value.
