Custom dashboard with more customization abilities

A customer is Hong Kong built their own custom dashboard on Instana. They request for the ability to edit the custom Dashboard's font size, bold, underline, color etc to facilitate their needs.

Update to use amortised metric especially for Azure

With Azure spend if you are using Reservations or Savings plans the spend will only show up in the Cost amortised extracts otherwise under the cost actuals/total it shows zero spend. Therefore the anomaly tracking within Cloudability isn't correct...

Allow the ability to add a variable table at the folder level. We have variables defined for workstations, but those workstations support multiple functional areas, and most functional areas will override at least one default from the workstation....
