Ability to pull usage metrics from Cloudability into TBM Studio

Currently we can only pull cost into studio. Would would like to be able to pull other metrics such as vCPU Hours.

Add Secret Manager

We requires password encryption to not be displayed directly in the yaml configuration file, they have the Secret Manager with Password Vault from BeyondTrust, which is not currently supported by Instana and is required to be used with Instana.
