Track metadata on when a policy was created, modified and by who

Currently there is nowhere in the policy list to see who created it, when it was created, when it was modified or who the culprit is. This type of basic logging would be very useful when you have hundreds of people active in the tool at the same t...

Breakout list of user-defined policies into entity type to match the list provided in the group management UI

Current groups are broken out by VM, Account, DB, etc. In policies they are only grouped by imported, user defined, etc. Would be more useful to add sub sections by policy type: VM, Volume, etc.

Provide more granular label in UI for AWS RDS Aurora Volume types

Currently the UI only shows that an RDS instance is on aurora storage but not which type. Aurora offers two types of storage I/O and Standard https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraUserGuide/Aurora.Overview.StorageReliability.html

Add description or summary field to Groups and Policy forms

When viewing a list of workloads, there is no way to sort or filter them. Specifically by status.

When viewing a list of workloads, you have to keep clicking More, More, More to get to the bottom of the list where Idle resources usually sit. Sort and filter options don't yield a viable way to display a subset of workloads (Active, Idle) or (Re...

Add Tag as a consistent search/filter option when looking at any list of resources

When in Workloads, Actions, or Search, add a filter type of Tag to allow for adhoc filtering a list down to a subset. This functionality exists in the group creation, but not anywhere else in the UI. Most common areas of need are Search, Workload,...

To be able to change Scaling Target VMEM Utilization for On-Premises

Currently, almost all of my SQL Servers are considered to not have enough memory according to Turbonomic as it appears to want 70% free memory. This was told to me by support. This threshold is way above what VMware and Microsoft consider to be be...

Reflect host provision actions in the "Host Optimization Improvement" widget

In contrast to host suspension actions the "Host Optimization Improvement" widget does reflect host provisioning actions (see attached screenshot). According to engineering the reason is that the real-time market does not generate move actions bef...

Action Center Proof-UI: Better explaining reasons for Turbonomic's resource decisions, especially cluster scaling

If Turbonomic generates host provision actions the risk listed in the pending actions widget or in the action center is e.g. named "Clone <host name> on cloned ...". This is not the risk why Turbonomic has decided for a cluster scaling. The ...

Support for Azure App Service Reserved Instances

Turbonomic doesn't currently discover Azure App Service reserved instances thus may raise actions to scale down for savings due to under utilisation.
