With the new UI multiple selection for resources is available. For nodes it's currently not provided. The "node view" should be enhanced by this function for nodes, so you can select several nodes and e.g. exclude them all by 1 click.

Prevent Start-loop

We need a Resource go Failed Offline, when it is started more then a defined number during a defined time interval. This prevents inlimited restart cycles, which isn't noticed by monitoring.
