Version Controlling in Omnibus WebGUI Filters and Views

We need to have a version controlling for the Omnibus WebGUI Filters and Views, so that we could track who is changing them. Also if we could implement version controlling like Netcool/Impact it will be easy enough for whole WebGUI.

Enable Multi Resource Graphing to have the option of going over 100% so that vCPU which can peak to 150% or more can provide context for rightsizing.

When creating a volume scaling policy I want to be able to easily select groups for the policies in the same way as the VM policies work.

Currently I have to use a regex expression to include all the groups that the policy applies to. This is highly inconvenient as every time I want to add a new group to the policy I have to construct a new regex expression.
