Option to export MWM table contents to excel/flat file.

Our operations team need to review the maintenance entries often on ad-hoc basis. Its not practical to ask them to copy paste from the page or export from the ImpactDB everytime when they may need it because they cant involve Impact administrators...

Filtering by Log Parameters in Analytics Tab
