Show business dimensions in container reporting

Business dimensions add details that are logic driven vs. directly labeled. Customers want to be able to dynamically add additional information based on K8s labels and be able to filter on those in container insights.

A way to calculate cumulative cost/usage over a period of time using calculated metrics

A simple use case is to track commitments with vendor which normally is yearly based on cumulative usage, we should be able to show it in a chart with target line and cost/usage metric showing cumulative values for the time period selected
