Allowing Centralised Security to be updated without the need to run FINAL plan.

We would like to migrate from traditional Security Stanix to Distributed Security , But we would like the Distribution method to be dynamic and NOT wait for the FINAL plans runs or running the Jnextplan -noremove 0000 command.

Detecting When Devices are Unvailable and Be Notified

For example: If a device is via SNMP and ICMP not available/reachable, then it is most likely down (severity: critical). Otherwise, it is still up (severity: error). So that I can better distinguish whether a device is actually down
