Connect IWS CLI (conman/composer) DIRECTLY to Win/AD using LDAP

Instead of using the useropts_twsxxxx file to authenticate IWS users credentials , can we directly go to our Win/AD system via LDAP to authenticate this way. eg removed the useropts. file

Oracle E-Business Plugin for Workload Scheduler - Job isn't terminated in Oracle upon termination in IWS.
